About the magazine.
First of all, a little bit about the magazine. Superstoked Magazine is a free surf magazine, which can be read online through our online reader. Please LIKE / SHARE on social media if you like the concept of a free surf magazine. A little bit about us – we are not the biggest shark in the ocean, but we aim to maintain the non-commercialised, free surf values that this sport has been about all along. We believe that Leonardo Da Vinci said it best when he talked about waves and about the ocean:
… “Water is the driving force of all nature.” …
Superstoked Magazine are always stoked to get contributions from people who are as passionate about surfing as we are. We absolutely love receiving photos, links and articles via email or a facebook message. Superstoked started as a little bit of a side-project during our studies, and after graduating some of the time and energy that had been used for magazine production were allocated towards work and other time-consuming necessities. However, we are driven towards providing you with the best possible product, and we take all constructive criticism on the chin – if you have been thinking about it, then there are most likely fifty other readers who have been thinking the same thing. Don’t be shy, contact us and learn more about the magazine. Also, you don’t have to be a surfing superstar to gain an interview with us. We love hearing from surfboard shapers, photographers and average Joe – the people who make superstardom possible for the likes of Kelly Slater and Joel Parkinson.
